Standard Delivery: United Arab Emirates
Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping within the UAE is 25 AED.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days after the order has been processed.
Please note that all shipments to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar) will be delivered within 6 to 8 business days.
If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company.
Please note that your order cannot be processed by our delivery partner on public holidays, so these days do not count as working days.
Customs and Duties
If you are purchasing outside of the UAE, orders will be shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
