We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through mark.lopez@lightspeedhq.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions:
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered after purchase.
- Perishable items, custom-made products, and digital downloads are also non-returnable.
